Amy @Shift.MS
“Emma has been running virtual chair yoga sessions for our organisation for the last 18 months. Emma is patient and friendly instructor, allowing us all to take our time and push ourselves to what we’re capable of. As a group of mixed abilities, Emma is able to offer suggestions on how we might get the most out of the session based on what we can do. They are a much looked forward to break in our working day. We cannot recommend Emma enough.”

“Emma is an amazing, patient and knowledgeable teacher. She has been teaching at our office for several years and we have all benefited tremendously from our lessons. Each lesson we focus on a different part of the body which makes for an interesting work out. The health benefits are almost surpassed by the mindfulness you experience during the lesson. “Emma is an amazing, patient and knowledgeable teacher. We have also been fortunate enough to have Emma teach us desk yoga. It is amazing to learn how you can ease your aches and pains whilst not moving from your desks. If you’ve never tried this I would highly recommend it!”
★★★★★
Emma is the most supportive, compassionate, and joyful teacher. Our yoga sessions are fun, relaxing, and challenging for body and soul. When i do Emma’s classes, i feel better physically and emotionally all week – and for someone who has multiple chronic pain conditions, this means the world. Emma is knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and encouraging her pupils to embrace yoga in whatever way they feel is right, i would recommend her classes for beginners and advanced yogis alike.
